All products are shipped in high-quality packaging.

All orders are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns. However, we will replace items within 30 days of receipt if item is found to be defective or damaged. Simply submit a photo of the defect or damage with your order number, name, address and phone number to info@thepooter.com

You must purchase insurance at checkout to protect your order if lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  

Shipping

We ship First Class USPS with delivery confirmation to the USA, Worldwide and APO/FPO addresses.

We reserve the right to combine orders into one package to increase efficiency and reduce waste. All items ordered together will ship together.

Canadian customers may be required to pay applicable import duty taxes and/or customs fees upon delivery.

Refunds

Manufacturing Defects

Domestic:  If your product contains a manufacturing defect, you must submit a photo of the defect with your order number, name, address and phone number to info@thepooter.com within 30 days of receipt.  Once your request has been accepted we will provide written notification along with further instructions. 

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Prices may be adjusted based on the market, availability, condition or demand.

We do not offer refunds due to price adjustments, sales or discounts. 

We offer various promotions throughout the year. Customers can be confident they are getting the best price available at that moment. 

Returns and Exchanges 

We do NOT accept returns. However, we will replace your item within 30 days if it is found to be defective or damaged. Simply submit a photo of the defect or damage with your order number, name, address and phone number to info@thepooter.com

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable digital products and Product that included free digital downloads with purchase.

Notice to consumer: Please do not send merchandise back to the manufacturer. 

Exchanges: We will replace items within 30 days if they are defective or damaged.

Insurance

Protect your order against loss or damage with our low cost and hassle free insurance plan that resolves discrepancies in a timely manner.

DOMESTIC CLAIMS (U.S.A.) must be submitted within 30 DAYS from your orders ship date. International Claims (outside of the U.S.A.) must be submitted within 90 DAYS from your orders ship date. Any claim filed after these time frames will not be honored.

LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS: Domestic Claims can only be submitted after 21 DAYS from shipment. International Claims can only be submitted after 8 weeks from your orders ship date.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: ALL Damaged claims must be submitted by email within 1 week (7 days) from receipt of the package, otherwise it will not be honored. Significant damage must have occurred during transit and we may require you to return the damaged product.

Once a claim has been submitted, a simple email communication process will take place to verify the exact issue with your order. We may ask that you send us photos of the box itself and the order that was inside. We may also ask for photos of the product. Failure to comply will result in no honored claim. You will be responsible for returning the product back to us. Insurance only covers the product itself, not the shipping cost.

Insurance DOES NOT cover undeliverable or returned packages.

After the issue has been fully communicated and agreed with by both parties (the buyer and seller), then the replacement package or product will be shipped. If an item is out of stock, you may receive a store credit code or choose an item of equal or lesser value. Order refunding is not an option.

Filing a PayPal Claim will void insurance coverage and the issue will be resolved by the outcome of the PayPal Claim.

We reserve the right to deny any insurance claim if you open a dispute or submit a claim via any other means.

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund or discount on a future order.

How To Submit an Insurance Claim 

If you purchased insurance at the time of checkout and your order becomes lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, you can submit an insurance claim within 30 days of the ship date by emailing us at info@thepooter.com with your order number, name, address and phone number along with a photo of the damage, if applicable. 

Once your request has been accepted we will provide written notification along with further instructions.
